Q: What are my shipping costs?

A: Domestic customers can determine exact shipping cost by typing in your zip code. Shipping cost for international customers will show once an international address has been input.

Q: How safe is my credit card information?

A: We take all major credit cards, including Visa, Master, Discover and American Express. Our credit card processing is handled entirely by Paypal - the largest online payment system. The safety of your personal and financial identity is protected by one of the most trusted online system. We do not see or store your credit card information.

Q: Do you accept other types of payments?

A: Besides credit cards, we also take personal checks and money orders. If your order confirmation e-mail does not show an address to mail your payment, please send a request to us for mailing address. There is a holding period of 5 business days for personal checks to clear.

Q: How do I return my order?

A: You may unconditonally return your order within 1 month of receipt. Please contact us before you ship so we can watch out the arriving package. If the product is not as promised, we will refund your entire payment plus return shipping. For other reasons, we will refund your payment less shipping. If product has been used and not in resellable condition, we charge a 20% restocking fee. Your refund will be processed within 24 hours of receiving your returned product.
