Stanwood Imports offers the following return policy:

(1) You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items that have been damaged will receive a partial refund. 

(2) Before sending item back, please obtain return authorization at stanwoodimports@yahoo.com or call Ryan at (310)962-9184. 

(3) If item is not as described, a full refund will be given including shipping and handling. Otherwise, a refund will be issued less shipping and handling.

(4) Your refund will be processed within 1 day of receiving returned item.
