This adaptor is made of pure solid copper with superior craftsmanship. It functions as a reducer to collect water from downspout and pass onto the downstream rain chain. With this adaptor, you won't exprience rain splash that might occur when directly going from downspout to rain chain. It creates a perfect link between downspout of your gutter and our rain chain. Components included in this sale are the cup and its attached top and bottom link. The gutter attachment clip (i.e. V-shaped hook) is NOT included.
