Q: Do you accept other types of payments?

A: Besides credit cards, we also take personal checks and money orders. If your order confirmation e-mail does not show an address to mail your payment, please send a request to us for mailing address. There is a holding period of 5 business days for personal checks to clear.

Q: How do I return my order? 

A: You may unconditionally return your order within 1 month of receipt. Please contact us before you ship so we can watch out for the package. If the product is not as promised, we will refund your entire payment plus return shipping. For other reasons, we will refund your payment less shipping.
