Warranty Policy:

(1) Kinetic Copper Wind Sculptures and Copper Rain Chains carry a lifetime warranty.

(2) Yarn Swifts, Ball Winders carry a one-year warranty.

(3) Flag Pole Rings carry a lifetime warranty.

(4) Bearings carry a five-year warranty

Warranty Details:

Stanwood products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the time frame specified in the above warranty policy. All Stanwood products are covered under the free repair policy, as long as the product is repairable.

If a Stanwood product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the specified time frame, we will repair or replace the product free of charge, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper use or installation, negligence, normal wear and tear, or severe weather events. However, we will offer repair free of charge or replace worn components at cost at our discretion. The customer is responsible for all repair-related shipping.

Bearings are considered consumable and thus carry a 5-year warranty. Under normal weather conditions, they should last more than five years with annual silicone oil lubrication.

For warranty evaluation, please send digital pictures of the product to service@stanwoodimports.com. Please inquire first. Customers are responsible for shipping charges of all warranty-related services and replacements. The return address for warranty-related repairs and service is Stanwood Imports, 20555 Devonshire St, #289, Chatsworth, CA 91311.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights in the United States and worldwide. You may have other rights varying from state to state.

Return Policy:

(1) You may unconditionally return your order within 90 days of order placement for a full refund. *Open-box, lightly used products are NOT returnable.

(2) Our return process is super easy. Just log into your account using the same e-mail address you submitted when you placed your order and go to "Completed Orders", click on "Return Item(s)" button, choose a reason for return, and submit a return request. We will immediately (mostly within 1 hour) approve your return without asking any question. If you have questions before you submit your request, please contact us at service@stanwoodimports.com or 1-888-670-5570. Or if you do not have an account with us, simply repack the items back into original packaging with bubble wrap and reinforce it with additional tape and send it back to us at our address on the "Contact Us" page.

(3) If an item is defective or not as described, or a wrong item was sent, a full refund will be given including two way shipping. Otherwise, a refund will be issued minus shipping.

(4) Your refund will be processed within one business day of receiving returned items.

(5) Any missing component not included in the return will have their cost deducted from the full refund.

(6) Any modification on the product will make the product no returnable, including lacquering, welding, cutting, sawing.
