Selected a shipping method that says "Two Business Days Delivery". That was the mistake. The lies were the manager said he couldn't change the Web Page, that two days really meant three days and that the tracking information was wrong. Tracking information indicates the parts arrived in FIVE days! Not sure if the item arrived safely or not - selected the two day delivery because I was leaving town and haven't been back yet to replace the bearing. Odd though that a bearing would fail in the first couple of years in service. Item NOT covered under the lifetime warranty! Sure hope this isn't a chronic problem. I'd hate to have to deal with this outfit on a regular basis.

Great service amd communication. Fast shipping.
The bearings for the wind sculptures are the best. The very slightest breeze will put them into motion.
Stainless steel bearings are the way to go for longevity.
All companies should use there business model. Sell and service the best products at a fair price with speedy delivery.
Although I originally ordered the wrong size bearing from Stanwood's website, they replaced them with the right ones at no charge.
My only suggestion would be that the website show that two difference size bearings are available including the part numbers.
Stanwood's personnel very helpful and prompt on service.
Simply the best!
We love our spinner. It suits our garden. We had put 3 different plants in that area and they all died. It's the center of our garden. Spins all the time. We live in a windy area.
